My approach integrates powerful, experiential tools drawn from Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and psychoeducation to help you understand and navigate the complexities of your relationship.


In our work together, we’ll use techniques that engage both of you emotionally and practically. Through experiential exercises, we’ll help you reconnect with each other’s feelings, needs, and desires—transforming conflict into opportunities for deeper understanding. Using EFT, we’ll uncover the emotional patterns that might be keeping you stuck and create new ways of connecting that feel safe and nurturing. With the Gottman Method, I’ll guide you in building healthier communication habits and increasing emotional intimacy. Narrative therapy gives us the space to rewrite the stories you’ve been telling yourselves about your relationship, empowering you to create a more hopeful and collaborative narrative.
